Change is hard.
We hear it all the time. The problem is that we hate change and love it at the same time.
What we are really hoping for is for things to remain the same...but to get better.
I caught myself lamenting some 'changes' last week and I got a little down. When I realized what I was doing, I tried to practice acceptance instead.
Acceptance without judgment as to whether these possible changes were good or bad.
Things don’t always go the way we want. Sometimes what is happening is for the best and I am trying to be open to that as a possibility.

I have re-invented my self more times I can't count. But putting it in other words, the core me stills the same...and being a unicorn in a field of horses sometimes is not avoidable lol.
I had upgrades rather than changes.
