Questions are key to uncovering your Ikigai.
While searching through some images yesterday, I came upon the picture above.
My immediate thought was what a marvelous place that would be to sit down and ponder some questions.
Below is a series of Ikigai Questions to spark contemplation.
Each of these builds upon the prior. Spend some time going deep with each one.
For a few of you, one idea will stand out and prompt a particular time of reflection.
Imagine yourself sitting quietly by this creek, the only sound made by the water flowing past the rocks.
You take a moment to focus on your breathing, relaxing and centering on being present.
🌀 Next, you begin your Ikigai reflection by considering these questions…
1. Who do I love, and what am I doing about it?
2. What have I always wanted to do and haven’t yet done?
3. On a day-to-day basis, am I doing the things that matter?
4. What am I doing to live life into my Ikigai with passion, health, and energy?
🌱 Bonus Question:
∙ If an oracle could tell you what’s going to happen three years from now, what would you most want to know?
Love the self reflections David and need to improve oneself. As you know my quest is to then take the next step and that of incorporating other trusted sources in when one is developed to a point to then amplify the strength of the soul which even the best are limited to develop fully. Me to We Thinking! On the oracle side...I would tell them much appreciated but like a Statistical Analysis course I took in college...we have many choices and probabilities assigned to those and no one is making those for me. Even the best oracles know there are always choices one can make to change the outcomes! Love the mental and spiritual chess matches my friend...enjoy your day! Pax, Lux et Amor! Veritas IHS
Love the questions David. Worth reflecting. I really stopped when I read them and asked myself. Who do I really love? As of now I devote my love to my only daughter. I also have to love and take good care of myself.
There are still many things that I love to do. One is travelling to Canada again to be with my only daughter. That's why, I have to maintain good health to endure the long travel.
