Using Personal Kaizen in your everyday life.
I accomplished something the other day...
I really didn't want to paint my house. I wanted to do a thousand other things. I saw it as a big job and felt overwhelmed.
Here's how I did it.
I committed to doing small things and only those things.
I told myself, "I'm going to remove the brass numbers and flag holder."
Not so bad. I'm going to get all the materials together, and that is all.
Not so bad. I will commit to getting this small portion done by the front door.
Well, that only took a few minutes, and the stuff is out; I'm going to do the other side of the door.
You see where this is going. I ended up doing the entire front of the house. I have been fighting this for weeks, always seeing it as a 'big' job.
Breaking it down into chunks made each one manageable, and I could see myself doing it.
I eliminated feelings of fear and being overwhelmed.
This process is known as Personal Kaizen.
📌 When facing something overwhelming in your life, apply the principle of Personal Kaizen.
🌱 Break it down into small achievable chunks.
I specialize in helping people overcome their fears, areas of hesitation, and feelings of being overburdened.
With that in mind, I’m offering break-through sessions at $999 until the end of the year. Breakthrough sessions typically cost $1,500.
See for yourself how a breakthrough session could be just the thing you need to make 2024 the best year ever.
The choice is yours.
