Fall has begun in earnest here in my area. I took this picture yesterday while on my run. Even if you aren’t in the Northern Hemisphere enjoying fall, there are four things you can add that will bring happiness to your life.

I sometimes wonder if it should be said falling in love or rising in love? Should the purpose of love be to lift us and make us float or to make us free fall with trust that it will catch us?
