Patience
Let's consider something today that none of us has enough of in our life...Patience
I have the opportunity to pick my grandson up from school. He and I like to have conversations while driving in the car. For whatever reason, he likes to tell me things when we are in the car more than when we are at home.
Stories or, in this case, insights or observations he has made.
Waiting for Christmas
A while back, he said without prompt, "You have to be patient for things you want. Being patient for things you want is a good thing. Like Christmas or Halloween, you've got to be patient."
He was five, by the way. I wish I had even an inkling of the value of patience when I was 5 or 25, or 35.
🌀Reflection
🌱 When did you learn the value of patience?
🌱 When has having patience paid off for you?
🌱 What are you dealing with right now that is perhaps testing your patience?
Hence why it is a virtue ;)
