I love good poetry and cartoons because, in abstraction, they say something in a short space, which is so compelling that it charges your creativity and imagination.
It is sense-making in a marvelous form.
One of my favorite cartoonists is Grant Snider, partly because he often goes deep on a topic while maintaining the fun of a cartoon.
Friday is the perfect time to kick off an opportunity for reflection with something fun.
Take a look, as there is something profound and fun in these seven panels.
So much to consider here. To start, I’ll share a few things to ponder as you enjoy your weekend…
🌀 What does Carpe Diem (seize the day) mean to you?
🌀 What would it mean to grapple with the infinite?
🌀 What lies in between? In the panels and in life.

What lies in between? In the panels and in life.
The first word that came to mind for me was "opportunity." Opportunity to discover and live out our unique purpose. I have come to believe that all things happening between the panels and in life are elements of a divine plan centered in love. And that its important to recognize that our purpose and each opportunity is a priceless gift that should be lived accordingly.
Carpe Vitam (Seize Life) works for me....we can be in the Present each day but thinking in a more over- compassing approach is to take all that life is giving as an opportunity to grow, meet new people and develop new opportunities and keep smiling as we build a legacy to be proud of while serving others and headed to a place we beyond ;) Attitude and Gratitude!
