In this case, challenge it. Seek feedback and support. Asking for help is part of real leadership. Transfer learning; teach others. Then you really learn.
It occurs to me that that there is a strong probability that those who choose to neither doubt nor believe in anything are most likely not reflective enough to taste their coffee.
