Whether you're trying to improve what you're doing now or trying to drive a new level of innovation, you've got to have a bias toward action.
You've got to try some things, and I want to give you a more profound thought to ponder while we talk about this and share why you should have that bias toward action and what to do next.
📌 Be impatient to take action.
📌 Be patient with results.
You should be quick to try things, experiment, and prototype.
Have a patient approach toward demanding results.
By that, I mean give the ideas time to generate and give yourself time to learn, grow, discover, and understand.
➡️ Don't take the first answer as the ultimate answer.
Here’s a good coffee reference to help you remember...
Give your ideas some time to percolate.
