Some will understand. Others will not. This doesn't concern me, so I do not need to prove anything.

Oh! I recognize this from my work with Moms. Mom trying to prove to herself, her kids, her Mom, that she's a Good Mom, is Exhausted and profoundly unhappy.

Mom who knows She's The Mom, whether she says Yes or No, is up to play or has other things that come first, made dinner or ordered in, is more relaxed, more At Home with herself and her family, even when things are bumpy.

It's not about finding the Right Things to Do nearly as much as Knowing Who You Are.

Don't I know it...it is definitely harder to know and act on it, than to nag, but so much useful to know than to nag 🙏

Love this David! I never listen to the nag, since that is not the voice of the soul, nor God, nor angelic guides. Spirit is never mean… in my belief. It is only human projection onto spirit that brings a judgemental, nagging mean voice. I feel sorry for those who believe there is a “punishing” God.. such a waste of energy.

Projecting our own judgment onto the messages we are receiving. That makes sense. 🙏🏻 Our self-judgment is often stronger than that of the world.

Ahh yes, internal judgemental voices are rotten apples in our mind. It takes a clear focus to stop listening to them.

It feels strange when that happens, but it's a good "strange"! 😊
