Giving you two reflections for the price of one today because they represent two sides of the same coin.

Showing up and dealing with the struggle.

It’s not your accomplishments that stand out most.  Instead, the decision to show up represents your most heroic moment.

At times, showing up takes every ounce of ‘hero’ in us.

Only by showing up can you begin to live into your essence and purpose in harmony with everything you do.

It can be a battle to show up even in the best times. How about during times of struggle?

Instead of struggling, spend time reflecting.

Here are some questions to power your reflection anytime, especially if you are struggling.

• What have I overcome?

• What did I learn from those circumstances?

• What have I accomplished?

• How did I do those things?

• Who have I helped? How?

• Who has helped me along the way? How?

• Who has inspired me by what they have overcome?

🌱 Choose any or all of these questions from either reflection and sit with them. Write out your responses. Sit with them overnight.

Then, review your answers tomorrow.
