Self-reflection Is needed to reduce self-infliction.
Because it is Friday, I love to prompt reflection with some questions.
Today I want to provide the spark for you by sharing some reflection questions with you and inviting you to come up with some of your own.
What questions need to be asked today in your world?
Can you live into those questions?
🌀 Reflection:
Here are some questions to ponder today and through the weekend.
Some of you will get something from all five of them.
For a few of you, one idea will stand out and prompt a special time of reflection.
🌱 What can I let go of today, to feel lighter tomorrow?
🌱 How much of your time is spent doing things out of obligation rather than out of curiosity?
🌱 Where are the bright spots?
🌱 When was the last time I acknowledged how far I have come in my life?
🌱 How am I complicit in the conditions I say I don't want?
This are great questions.
I cleaned house years ago, materially, and emotionally....so liberating!.
I realized I like to feel free, and my curiosity runs wild...decided to go into a career that will support that 100%.
I do need self-reflection daily to avoid self infliction since I have the tendency to be so critical and blame myself.
Most be gentled with oneself, love the
"...how far I have come in my life". Because regardless of situational issues I should be celebrating my great efforts and results.
My son always tells me look at all you have done and accomplished, coming from here has better significance somehow.
"the bright spots" keep us in the bliss.
