Thoughts on an endlessly rainy day
Free of all expectations and pressure
It rained last Sunday. All day long. None of the many outdoor things I planned to do would get done.
We feel like we need to be productive all the time.
I couldn’t even run because the rain was too intense, mixed with thunder and lightning.
Sometimes we need to let go and simply rest. Enjoy some quiet time without any demands.
Once in a while, nature gives us no other choice.
That was last Sunday.
It was glorious.
This perspective is good.Eases out the pressure .Acceptance , Surrender makes one peaceful .
That Sunday WAS glorious. For all the reasons you shared.
No matter the situation or the weather there is always something to be learned or gained.
