It's been proven that when kids see themselves as 'heroic' they behave differently.
Their image of what a hero does guides their honesty, patience, and perseverance.
The same is true for adults though our filters, built up over time, diminish the power of play.

Think about it for a moment and tell me, what's your superpower?
Not x-ray vision, something you are really good at. I'll share first to get us started.
My own superpower is the ability to improve anything. Individual, team, process, product, company. Whatever application, I have an innate ability to see a path to improvement.
Understanding my superpower helped lead me to a clear understanding of my Ikigai.
