If making meaningful change has been difficult, learn to master the practice of starting over.
Begin again.
You do so without being caught up in the emotional stories of why you can’t achieve your dream.
No judgments about how unworthy you are or why the change you seek is impossible for you.
Permit yourself the freedom to ignore what has come before.
You become a more effective person by simply learning to use your time and energy to focus on what you can do right now.
It is okay to start over.
I love this, David! Beginning again. Starting a new adventure. Reinvention is not only something we do (perhaps without realizing it sometimes) regularly, it is also something we can do deliberately: becoming more resilient.
Begin again!
Give yourself permission to not let your past blackmail your present or future!
Be kind to yourself, and confident enough to start again!
Love this!
Thanks, David!
