That sounds like the harmony between being (grace) and doing (gravity) David! 👏

And thank you for the the reminder of the way that quote "found" me 4 years ago and the reciprocity I feel more deeply with so much more reverence & gratitude now (after looking back) in rereading so many of the words in that book because.

It has been my experience that I used to feel that curiosity can invite our brilliance, empathy can invite the infinite in us...and more recently embodiment is that...or something better!

That is poignant Alivyana.

Thank you, I feel this read might resonate with the what in your Maslow Marlow fusion quote. Just sayin:

Also upon further reflection...in addition to writing down only that quote of David's you so kindly shared with us in his book, I just refound the words I wrote in tandem with what he wrote...about all that matters, value and remembering our goodness...

Grant me the serenity in my mind to accept what I cannot change, courage in my heart to change that which I can, and wisdom in my breath to sort out the difference between what I can and cannot change.

I relinquish my ego's attempts to control the intersection between my heart and mind. I embrace the guidance in my breath.

Really do appreciate the time revisiting this today David 👏🙏

Thank you for sharing this quote & for your wise explanation & thought. I think if I can recite it to myself over & over, it will make me feel more focused. Thar would help tremendously in this crazy, heartbreaking and, in truth, fearful days. Take good care!

That is an excellent approach Amy. It is worthy of repeated reflection.
