Audio narration by David Marlow

Last week, for our Coffee Contemplation we explored the Two Questions (TQ) technique through the lens of life's challenges.
Today, we'll deepen our practice by shifting its focus to life's possibilities.
The power of TQ lies in its simplicity-two questions that open our minds to profound insights. This past week we examined how challenges arrive for us rather than happening to us, this week's questions explore the abundance that already exists in our lives.
As you move through the coming week, consider these questions each day:
What am I really looking for in my life?
Where are there places or times I already have it?
Let these questions rest in your consciousness. Write down what emerges. Notice the subtle shifts in your answers as the week unfolds. Then, most crucially, act on the wisdom that surfaces.
This progression from last week's inquiry into challenges to this week's exploration of fulfillment isn't accidental. When we understand what tests us and then discover where abundance already flows, we begin to see the fullness of living Ikigai.
The beauty of reflection lies not in reaching conclusions, but in allowing questions to illuminate our path. What we seek is often waiting quietly for us.
Remember, the answers that matter most whisper rather than shout.
Quest well.
