I think we find body language, tone, and words are all a product of our mindset, which we have the capability of controlling much more quickly then some of those representations (except perhaps micro-expressions). The words are the last to come out and we have already been given 3 other opportunities to catch it by then.
A bit long but great takeaways ;) one of which is words are reflective of our inner drives and motivations. Focus on finding JOY in our lives and much of the fruit of that will be extending JOY outward in our works and actions. Agape Love is the Way for us and others! Like a song that resonates literally and musically with our natural vibes and harmony so we too can allow positive and negative mind-set to influence our day!
