It’s Friday and a good day to start doing some positive things that will carry over into the weekend.
🌱 Move-run, walk, lift, sprint, stretch
🌱 Think-read, reflect, meditate, love, pray, seek truth
🌱 Enjoy- coffee (or your favorite beverage)
🌱 Eat - cook, and fuel your body and mind with good food and nutrition
🌱 Express - create, play music, make art, write prose/poetry
🌱 Speak - converse, with kindness as often as you can.
🌱 Ignore- the news, social media, pointless argument
🌱 Relax-Better things lay ahead
🌀 Be…empty your mind and just...BE

It's really marvelous the way you put tbings...Simple and powerful.
I would like to add one more thing to that
Pray....feel grateful for the innumerable good things you have been bestowed with .
..Starting from air,water, greenery , work to do, food ,.......the list will go on.......and of course the life itself
