It's really marvelous the way you put tbings...Simple and powerful.

I would like to add one more thing to that

Pray....feel grateful for the innumerable good things you have been bestowed with .

..Starting from air,water, greenery , work to do, food ,.......the list will go on.......and of course the life itself

Beautiful! I would add, take a moment to love upon yourself. In moments when I feel like who am I, turning inward to love is a worthy emotion to acknowledge.

I do much of this already, but I would say I am struggling more lately with truly relaxing in the now.

I suppose it ebbs and flows just like everything, but I think general apprehension is heightening with each passing day. But that’s just in the mind.

Love this piece a lot!

Empty your mind and just...BE! The single most important, and yet, sometimes difficult thing to do!

I would add:

** Connect: to yourself, to your loved ones, to nature..

** Show gratitude: give thanks for everything around you, for being alive, for just being!

** Share: share knowledge, share wisdom/valuable advice to those in need, share your time!
