My Strategy for Today
While I can’t say for sure, there’s a good chance I looked a lot like the guy in the photo when I woke up this morning.
I woke up in the middle of the night and, for whatever reason, could not go back to sleep even though nothing was wrong.
So today, I'm going to use Nanea Hoffman's secret strategy...
"What's my secret? I mostly just drink coffee and try to act like I know what I’m doing."
No one has it all together all of the time.
Just drink your morning beverage of choice, in my case 6 shots of espresso, and do what you can do.
That's what everyone else is doing.

I wake up between 4 and 5 in the morning many times and don't know why, but I know I will not be able to go back to sleep.
If it's cold weather I got in the habit of reading, I guess if I am going to be awake, I might as well enjoy it!
Same problem here. That's the problem of seniors☺ sleep continues to evade us. UI think this is also part of habits. When I was still working I used to sleep as latw as 2:00 am. Now, the same pattern. I woke up 3 or 4 x at night. Then coudn't sleep anymore.
To remedy, I read which is also a passion for me
I am an avid coffee lover too. For the sake of my mental health, I disciplined myself to take only 1 cup of coffee per day in the morning instead of 6 cups per day.
