I am an avid coffee lover too. For the sake of my mental health, I disciplined myself to take only 1 cup of coffee per day in the morning instead of 6 cups per day.
May want to watch the coffee at certain times yet also may want to be awake when it counts and time measured and valued may not be on the clock but within us! As is said> La vie est un voyage au milieu de la nuit Translation: Life is a journey in the middle of the night !
I wake up between 4 and 5 in the morning many times and don't know why, but I know I will not be able to go back to sleep.
If it's cold weather I got in the habit of reading, I guess if I am going to be awake, I might as well enjoy it!
