Many questions David> let's take a look at this self-reflection exercise. First noting the context of looking to improve not to change as once the rain has fallen the mud is formed. Then the question may be how to proceed each day in the best way and what tools are needed most as in Robinson Crusoe what did he take before his ship wreck went under for the final time? Tools to dig, ones to cut through to a purposeful piece, some provisions that will provide other sustainable ones, some clothing against the elements...then the last was to find a relationship to grow and help the other. Quote that may help> "Don't judge each day by the harvest you reap but by the seeds that you plant.". Robert Louis Stevenson

My first thought:

Does this downloaded skill come with a certification that proves I have the skill?

🙃 😅

I think if I were "more disciplined" I could make sure I was focusing on first things first, which would serve to erase a lot of doubt as well.
