"I met my new Indian grandpa friend in the park today while our kids played again. Turns out he is a retired Psychology professor. He said the past doesn’t really exist, it is ALWAYS just a thought, and neither the future, similarly, so all that only and always exists is the present moment, like time is vertical rather than horizontal. My toddler daughter enjoyed picking raspberries and eating them; I think she already knows."
Thank you for the reminder! It's great to think of this time last year, this year, and the year ahead. Very useful exercise! I am right now in some experiences that give me the opportunity to enjoy the progress but also the clarity of what I want to do differently next year.
