Begin—>become says it all. I often tell myself that the time will pass anyway, so why not take that first step out of inertia toward any goal. What a poignant reminder to read this morning! Thank you!
I have been blessed to be invited to and attend a free Summit of Coaching sponsored by Marshall Goldsmith that is running from 5/29-6/13 from some of the greatest coaches in the world. Roughly 3 a day and one of the seminars was on Mini Habits. What I got from it was instead of shooting for the stars and so-called catching the moon if nothing else....the main thoughts were to shoot low and build on that towards an incredible, once thought impossible goal. So yes consistency is important David and also building on success stories no matter how small which is better than making a New Year's resolution and ~92% fail to sustain it.
In Cantonese we have a saying that goes, "A tiny stream can turn boulders into pebbles."
I like that! Thank you Rachael.
You are most welcome :)

Inch by inch, it’s a cinch. Yard by yard, it’s too hard. Celebrate the small drops.
