IKR?! It was a completely random event. I asked TJ about the shirt and he didn't even realize what he was wearing. Eventually he wore Hawaiian shirts a lot as the company completely relaxed the dress code over the years.
One other interesting side note. I don't think Allan ever wore one again except on Pink Shirt Day.
