This resonates so deeply David! After a month of deep immersion in yoga & ayurveda in Asia, I devoted myself to writing 1 page of Soul Sanctuary/day.

Being witnessed is a form of being seen, heard & understood that resonates at the deepest core of our existence. It is possibly the most healing elixir of this lived experience. For within the tenderness of the embrace felt here is a universal language spoken at the level of the soul. ♾️🙏
