Interesting concept and a massive task - so an understanding of the process would be great!

I'm interested in the concept of a Focused Word, Dave. Id like to learn about your process of establishing one.

Safe. I am ALWAYS safe. Therefore, I can: stretch, grow, experiment, explore, take risks and do a lot of things that I have never done before that are aligned with my desire.

I choose the word "Abundance". But is the word I always chose. I always live with the word abundance as I believe in God's promise of provision. So in every situation, if it appears something is lacking to my man's eye or perception I remember there is abundance. The promise of provision is not a promise I will have what I think I need, it is a promise I will have what is necessary. This leads me when I perceive something is lack to look around and beyond to see what is provided to accomplish the task or the next.............. I hope that client draught passes soon, maybe it was message you needed this week more than your knew.

My word this year is “sparkle.” I have been seeking more vivacity in my everyday and so decided to remind myself to create it instead of looking or waiting for it. I buy a bracelet each year with my word on it.

That's a beautiful word. Creating what we want is a powerful practice. I love the idea of buying or creating something like your bracelet as a reminder. Thank you Paula!

It’s interesting that you mentioned FLOW initially, because I’ve really been tapping into flow over these last several weeks especially and letting go of specific outcomes. The peace and ease I have felt has been nothing short of wonderful.

Hey friend, love this...

I chose "rise - up" as my word for the year. Last year I had an equal experience to the one you described with my word of the year... Which was intention... Pretty cool.

I do want to bake this out a little deeper. Can I get that document?

Thanks for sharing

"A touchstone for the person you want to become" and "help you push through when times get tough"

This is the first year I've tried it, at your suggestion David. And I am seeing positive results already.
