I first read Mono-Talk...lol, which I do when something is bothering me and trying to let go or I am looking for solutions.

Mono-Task wells great to break down what is really bothering us. Is it a task to do, to reason with, to talk about, or simply a temporary thing that we have no control over it.

Breathing is crucial for me, I had to learn to do it right...I do it through the whole 7 mechanisms you advice.

Then sometimes hormones are added to the whole mix of issues and oh boy...number 7 is needed badly, go to a place we are possibly able to scream. ha ha ha

I need 7 everyday. 😉 Breathing is a highly underutilized technique to bring peace into our lives. Even though I know to do it and how to do it effectively I still need the reminders. Thank you Yaima for joining the conversation today!
