It’s time again for the simple reflection technique, the Two Questions (TQ).
In a TQ, you ponder two questions each day for a week. You then reflect and or journal what comes to you each day.1
For your TQ this week, start by listing the decisions you are considering in your life. Spend Friday doing that, and then let the list populate your reflection as the week begins.
Spend the next week pondering these two simple questions each day.
1. What am I saying yes or no to right now?
2. When I look back in 5 years, which options will make the story better?
Reflect on your answers, write them down, and internalize the lesson. Then commit to acting on what you learned.
