This is so relevant for me at the moment David - I had this very conversation with myself while journalling last night. I'm having some problems with my virtual assistant and had been fretting over the issue all day. Then I went back to a technique that helped me last year when I was having some health issues.
If I assume that everything is happening exactly how it needs to, what am I learning from this experience?
The answer? Slow down, stop feeling like I have try harder and faster all the time. Slow down to speed up and be patient with myself and others. Let things flow...
Most things have no inherent valence - we assign good or bad. So what needs to be true in your heart for an event seen as bad to be reframed as something neutral to good?
Getting past the negative reactivity is absolutely liberating.

That's a beautiful reflection Jo. So often things become clear when we slow down and embrace flow.
Good questions to ponder and reflect..
I'm glad you liked them Lydia,
I've not heard of the two question process before...I love it!
It's a powerful practice. I use it frequently to work through frustrations.
