Because over the course of time, little nuances may start coming up that once served us that no longer do. And only by checking in will we be truly able to see that.
As one example, my morning ritual was “fine,” but I started doing certain things over the course of time that weren’t serving me any more. They didn’t feel like much initially, so I kept going with them. They were just a part of the morning routine so I didn’t question it. It wasn’t until I took a step back and really observed it from afar that a real shift took place for me ☺️
