Be...from a place of overflow so that we may do what is most aligned with ease 🙏...the embodiment of harmonizing grace & gravity...what would an effortless spirit say? 🤷♀️
Also...walking unapologetically in the energy of choosing inspired action in alignment with the lives we most long/choose to live...supposedly there is a compound effect to actions (no matter how seemingly "small") paired with intention? AND choosing to stay in misaligned circumstances...is choosing misalignment. Again the BEing is the intentional "mapping" of the doing?
My girls always wanted me to watch Mr. Rogers Neighborhood with them. I would constantly have “it’s a wonderful day in the neighborhood” running through my mind at work. Someone told if I chewed gum it would get it out of my mind. I never did try it.
I choose to be curious today, to listen to those I serve with a sense of wonder. What would they like to create? How would they like to make a difference using their strengths and gifts?
Thanks David for reframing my Monday - perfect timing :)
here is a simple way. Ē like a long e or in your example, bee. Key, 🔑 like what you unlock a door with. And guy 🙋🏼♂️like this guy writing the explanation.

Of grace and gravity. I like that!

Monday is the “return” button on your keyboard.
Where you return to your routines.
Of course, now I have the Mamas and the Papas running in my head.

The drive to ‘do’, unsustainable. ‘Be’ is better!!
Well said, Emma. Be is better.
Every time I see you post anything referring to Ikigai, in my head I hear it as another post "from the 'icky guy'!"
So, I guess I need to find a better way of pronouncing the word.
As the Romper Room lady used to say, "Be a good Do-Bee!" I guess she really meant "Be a good Be-Bee!"

Ē 🔑 👨🏼⚖️ EE key guy.
To be something else today would be lovely, alas it is not possible.
Maybe tomorrow. 🙏🏻
It's Tuesday. I'm very happy to be today also...thank you for the inspiration.
Every day can be 'be'day. 🙏🏻
Absolutely🌻
Love it & thank you
You are most welcome, Tracey.
Lovely alternative way to have a mellow Monday, David. Thanks!
A mellow Monday. I like the sound of that.
